Pelvic Floor Video Training for the Second / Third Trimester of Pregnancy. The exercises are selected in order to prepare for the easiest possible birth and recovery afterwards. They are especially effective for ladies who want to give birth normally, but also for everyone else. It is important for pregnant ladies to know that Kegel exercises should be done correctly - a little differently than what you do when you are not pregnant. In this training you have this knowledge and you should apply it. Your personal capabilities and whether you trained regularly before you got pregnant are also important.
So approach carefully. Before exercising during pregnancy, be sure to consult the gynecologist who monitors your pregnancy! I always stay on the phone with video calls for questions, corrections, guidance. The workout includes pelvic floor and lower body exercises to prepare you for labor and keep your pelvic floor muscles strong and flexible. This workout is 27 minutes long, you can do it every day or 3-5 times a week by combining it with walking and general physical activity.
If it is very heavy for you during the 3rd trimester, do the exercises in the relaxed positions lying down and sitting comfortably on the ground.
