Includes 3 video materials - one introductory and two with exercises. The exercises are specially selected to be as easy and effective as possible. A workout lasts about 15 minutes, with the explanations a little longer, but the explanations are important for your result. You can use them to maintain your physical shape even without giving birth. Duration 4 weeks.
